This policy explains how Tha Masterfashion (GSTIN: 07JWMPK8094P1Z8), the operator of ZYRONA at zyrona.in, handles personal information in connection with our store, purchases and customer support. Information and its purposes

·         Contact and delivery details: Your name, email, phone number and billing or shipping address help us process orders, deliver items, issue invoices and communicate with you.

·         Order and payment records: Items, sizes, order values, payment status and transaction references help us reconcile payments, prevent fraud and manage refunds. Bank or UPI details may be needed for an agreed COD refund.

·         Support information: Messages, complaint details and any relevant images you provide help us resolve enquiries, returns, exchanges or disputes.

·         Technical and usage information: Shopify and enabled services may process IP addresses, browser or device information, cookies and store interactions to operate and protect the store, maintain cart functions and provide the enabled analytics or personalised services described below.

We receive information from you and, as necessary for the order or service, from Shopify, payment and delivery providers. We do not ask you to send your card CVV, UPI PIN or OTP to our support team. Payment credentials are handled through the payment service used at checkout.

Marketing and choices

Order and service communications are separate from promotional messages. Promotional email, SMS or WhatsApp messages will be sent only where you have opted in or another lawful permission applies. You can withdraw marketing consent through an available unsubscribe option or by contacting us. A purchase by itself is not blanket consent to all future marketing.

We share information relevant to the service with Shopify for store hosting, the payment service used for your transaction, delivery providers for fulfilment, and communication services for support and order updates.
