The business and these terms

zyrona.in is operated by Tha Masterfashion (GSTIN: 07JWMPK8094P1Z8), with its business address at G-205 Basement, Dilshad Colony, Delhi-110095, India. “ZYRONA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the store and its operator. These terms apply to purchases and use of this website, together with the policies linked on the store. By placing an order, you accept the purchase terms presented to you.

Eligibility and order information

Orders must be placed by an adult aged 18 or above who can enter into a binding contract. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Parents or guardians should place any orders intended for children.

Products and availability

Review each product's description, size measurements, colour, material and care information before purchase. Screen settings can affect colour appearance, but do not excuse a materially incorrect description or item. Product and size availability is subject to stock. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange the appropriate cancellation or refund.

Prices and payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include standard delivery within our serviceable areas. COD orders carry an additional INR 50 per order. The final total and any applicable tax breakdown will be shown before you confirm your purchase. Only payment methods offered at checkout are available. We will not increase an accepted order's charge without your agreement.

If an incorrect price or stock entry prevents fulfilment, we will explain the issue and seek your agreement to any change or offer cancellation and a refund. A displayed error does not authorise an extra charge without consent.

Delivery returns and cancellation

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy and Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Cancellations Policy explain the applicable timelines, eligibility and charges. These policies form part of the purchase terms. Nothing in them limits remedies available for defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify. We and our service providers process information needed to operate the store, fulfil orders and support customers as described in the Privacy Policy. Where Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, Shopify may process store activity together with activity at other Shopify stores to provide its enhanced services, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Information may be processed outside India where permitted by applicable law.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with its operation. Website content and brand materials are owned by, or used with permission by, their respective rights holders. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.

Consumer rights and changes

Indian law governs these terms. Customers retain access to consumer commissions, courts and other remedies with jurisdiction under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot be excluded. Updated terms apply prospectively; changes do not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an existing order.
